This design embodies golf in Detroit. The biker riding with his clubs was inspired by the bike trails at Belle Isle. The Belle Isle Conservatory is also an iconic landmark at Belle Isle. The spirt of Detroit is a staple statue in Detroit, and the Renaissance Center is an iconic Detroit building. Simply put, the flags on top of the Renaissance Center bring Detroit and golf together.
